1. Introduction.

By placing an order on the adÿnkra website, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

2. adÿnkra product details

adÿnkra products are subject to availability.  If a product is out of stock at the time when we receive your order, we will inform you though we aim to let you know before you place the order. At adÿnkra, we endeavour to display as accurately as we reasonably can the true colours of our products.  However, we cannot guarantee that the colours of any product as delivered will replicate how it appeared to you on-screen; in part, this is dependent upon your computer’s display monitor, and how you perceive colour. All sizes and measurements of adÿnkra products are as accurate as we can reasonably make them.

3.  Orders and delivery

We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your product products. We aim to send out most products within 2 working days of receiving an order, or (for items in our “Living” section) within 5 days after we receive the order; however this is not guaranteed. Unless otherwise stated. We hope to have your goods delivered within 28 days or less. We reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason, including any product which has been mis-published, such as its price or specification.  Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline.  If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. There is only one delivery charge per order. Replacement products will be sent out free of charge. All deliveries must be signed-for at the delivery address you provide us with as part of your order.  Note that we cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery.

4. Intellectual property

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the adÿnkra  shop and adÿnkra products are owned by us. It is easy to copy material which appears on web-sites, but this does not mean it is legal. Therefore, no-one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the adÿnkra shop, an adÿnkra product or any of the material which is found on the adÿnkra site unless properly licensed to do so by us.

5. Privacy policy.

Our privacy policy forms part of this Agreement, and by agreeing to this Agreement, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in that policy.

6. Import Duty

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. adÿnkra cannot be held responsible for these charges.

**International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. This may cause a delay in delivery.

7. Delivery Exceptions

On rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 28 days of ordering, please email us at info@adynkra.com and allow 5-8 working days for us to carry out an investigation.
